SOHO EXPO is produced by the Southeast NPA, a Non-profit Trade Association, with proceeds from the show staying in the industry. The regional office works throughout the year to provide education as well as serving as a state legislative watchdog... helping to keep everyone in business.

Qualifications to attend as a RETAILER...
MEMBER RETAILER: Business must be primarily engaged in the independent retailing of nutritional products from shelf-contained store(s) where a minimum of 75% of gross sales consists of items sold in health food stores such as nutritional foods, food supplements and related items, and have established hours and store front.
NON MEMBER RETAILER: Business is required to be engaged in the retailing from one or more self-contained stores with sales consisting of items sold in natural product stores such as nutritional foods, supplements and related items, and have established hours and store front.

SOHO EXPO does NOT use an outside HOUSING company.
Room reservations need to be made directly through the SOHO EXPO or Southeast Natural Products Association's website: www.sohoexpo.net or www.southeastnpa.org
You may book directly with Marriott or Gaylord Palms, however, to insure you receive the official room rate, it is always BEST TO BOOK directly through the SOHO EXPO website: www.sohoexpo.net
Remember, other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for the show, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with Southeast NPA or SOHO EXPO and there have been many reports of costly consequences when using these firms.
SOHO EXPO does not use an outside REGISTRATION company.
All registrations must be made directly with SOHO EXPO – on official web site, fax or by phone.
Confirmations listing the names of people registered will be sent within 7 days. If you do not receive this type of confirmation, make sure to contact SOHO EXPO management.
ALERT: no other website or company is endorsed or affiliated with Southeast NPA or SOHO EXPO and making reservations with them will not be honored by show management.
